Get at-a-glance information about all of your customers on an interactive map. Green, orange, and red drop pins (to indicate network health) will let you know which home networks are running smoothly, which are offline, and which need to be updated. From this view you can also jump into each network for more specific information.

BakPak provides extensive roles and rights management for all connected homes and for each member of your team. Permissions can be granted for specific homes, devices, or even down to specific ports on an individual device. In addition, you can control access for a technician to manage alerts, groups, network maps, power management, and remote access into a customer’s home.

Reduce service calls with remote power cycling and self-healing features for critical and problematic devices. With Pakedge SX Series switches and IP-powered PDUs (power distribution units), remotely power cycle any PoE+ port or PDU port directly from the web interface or your mobile BakPak app.
