RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Pakedge Device & Software offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Pakedge Device & Software product, please email support@pakedge.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned within 30 business days of the issuance of the RMA, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Pakedge Device & Software will send you a confirmation of your order via email with your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, Pakedge Device & Software obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Pakedge Device & Software accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

DEBIT CARDS

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

SALES TAX

Applies only to Pakedge Device & Software product purchases within California and not intended for resale. All products shipped to California must have a valid resale certificate on file otherwise sales tax will be charged.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped by specified service through UPS. Products are typically shipped within 24 hours if orders are received by 4:30 p.m. local time.

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full authorization of credit card or purchase order.

Same Day Shipping: Orders for In-stock items eligible for same day shipping must be received before noon PST, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, Pakedge Device & Software will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

WARRANTY

Pakedge Device & Software offers a 1-year limited warranty. Pakedge Device & Software will repair or replace products if, within 1 year from the date of purchase, due to a defect in materials, workmanship or functionality, it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself; it does not cover charges for labor and/or installation of the product.

This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or reinstallation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event will Pakedge Device & Software be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore sections of the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent with, or in addition to, this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding on Pakedge Device & Software. Pakedge Device & Software recommends that you ship the product to Pakedge Device & Software using a carrier that offers shipment tracking. Pakedge Device & Software will not be responsible for any shipments lost or damages during shipping. Pakedge Device & Software will pay shipping costs of any replacement units. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs to send the units back to Pakedge Device & Software
