In the case of complete loss of network connectivity, TriPlex runs a diagnosis algorithm to find the issue with the network and allows users to pinpoint the reason for loss of connectivity – ensuring additional time won’t be wasted on troubleshooting a problem.
Sensitive devices like touch panels, control systems, and IP cameras can sometimes have problems that go unnoticed until they cause the user active frustration. The ability to detect frozen devices on the network and automatically reboot them (as long as they’re powered by a Cloud Managed PDU or PoE switch) is a powerful way to ensure your devices are up and running at all times.
SafeStart – It’s often important that network equipment boots up in the proper order – Modem, router, switch, access point – to ensure proper network function. BakPak allows an easily configurable way to control the order your Cloud Managed PDUs boot up in – including the time delay between ports to ensure each device is fully up and running.
Configuration issues that can’t be automatically corrected by BakPak are displayed in an easy-to-view list, allowing users an at-a-glance view of issues that can be configured manually throughout the network. When an issue is repaired, BakPak will change the status of the issue in the queue – making maintenance simple.
